A planning date of 13 September 2027 is used here, estimated from the close of voting on 24 September 2026. It is not an ISO date. The ballot outcome and the FDIS steps will move it.

## Is the date official?

No. It is an estimate derived from the stage record, labelled as an estimate wherever it appears.

## What could move it?

A referral back to the working group, a new ballot, or a longer FDIS approval. Each adds months.

## How is the estimate made?

From the close of voting date plus the ordinary path through approval and publication. No ISO commitment is implied.
