Terms

The terms you buy and read under

Short version: the record is a reading of public and held sources, stated in our own words. It is not the ISO text, not legal advice and not a certificate. Check anything you rely on against the source we cite.

Accuracy

Every requirement is written in our own words from the held framework and cited to its clause. The stage and date record is transcribed from the ISO page on the date shown. The planning date is an estimate, labelled as one. We correct errors when they are found and record the correction. Check the cited source before you rely on a line for a legal, contractual or regulatory purpose.

Trademarks and copyright

ISO, IEC and the titles of their publications are the property of their owners. This product is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by ISO or IEC. No text of the ISO/IEC DIS 20996 draft or of ISO 22301 is reproduced. Clause codes and titles are used for citation only.

What the product is not

It is not legal advice, not an audit, not a certification and not a guarantee of compliance. It does not replace the published standard, your own risk assessment or professional advice.

Purchases

The kit is a digital download delivered on payment. The watch is a monthly subscription renewing until cancelled in the Stripe customer portal. Prices are in United States dollars. If a file will not open or a download link fails, write to support@theartofservice.com and we will fix it or refund that purchase.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee, condition or warranty that the law does not allow to be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee applies and the failure is not a major failure, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.

The rules this is built from

Every requirement on this site is written from a held rule and points to the clause it came from. Nothing is invented while you wait.
